Of course all of us are hoping to make it past the pitch stage. The first cut of the contest will be probably be in Feb if it's like it was last year.

I'm entering my ghost story Haversham Hill this year because I've been too busy freelancing and ghost writng books for other people to get another of my novels finished in time. Hopefully they are looking for fantasies this year. You never know. So far a fantasy has never won the contest.
